The unit can record location name information and latitude/longitude for the recorded image and automatically correct the time. Your Panasonic Lumix digital still camera is GPS-equipped which can automatically record the precise location coordinates of where the photo was taken. The specific physical address of this location can easily be derived from this information. - Page 22 Acquiring of the GPS information When [GPS Setting] is set to [ON], positioning is performed at regular intervals.
