Using the customer support

Testing the Picture / Sound

To execute picture and sound tests.

Press Home to access the Home menu.

Go to All Apps > Settings > Option >
Customer Support.

Select Picture test or Sound test.

If you have any problem, select Yes. LG
customer service center and product
information appears. Contact LG cutomer
service center for help.

When you are finished, select Close.
When you return to the previous menu,
press ꕣ BACK.

information
To check the product or service information

Press Home to access the Home menu.

Go to All Apps > Settings > About > Product/
Service Info.

You can check the various Product/Service
infomation based on your model.

When you are finished, select Close.
