If there is no GPRS coverage and you have chosen Power
On, the phone will periodically try to establish a packet data
connection.

Network Profile

(Menu 9.7.2)
This menu shows the Network Profile. You can
register, delete and edit by using the Option Menu.
However, you cannot delete or edit default
configurations provided by Cingular.

Reset Network Profile

This allows Profile information to be restored to
original setting. For example, this option will restore
the Profile that has been deleted by the Delete All
selection from the Network Profile (Menu 4.4)
submenu.

PTT Key Lock

This function is used to prevent a PPT call from being
made accidentally with a press of the PPT key when is
in your pocket or bag while it is being unused.

Disable: If you are logged in to the PTT function, you
can use contact list and PPT call using the PTT key.

Enable: When you are logged in to the PTT function
and the external display backlight of your phone is
turned off, the message "Please press PTT key
again" is displayed if you press the PTT key.
Press the PTT key again within two (2) seconds to
display the PTT contact list and make a call to a
desired opposite.
Note
- The PTT Key Lock works when your phone's flip is closed.
- If the external display backlight of your phone is turned on,
you can move to the contact list.

Reset Default

Restores the settings (e.g.: Audio, Display, Language,
Date & Time, Bluetooth Settings) stored in handset
memory to default values.

The password is preset to 0000.
