62 Using additional handsets

Transferring a call

You can transfer an external call to another handset
registered to the base.
1. During your call, press
put on hold.
2. If you've one other handset it will ring. If you have
extra handsets, scroll to the handset you want to
call and press OK.
3. When the other handset answers you can announce
the caller.
4. Press Switch to switch between the two callers.
If the other handset doesn't answer press Back to
return to your original caller.

3-Way conference call

You can hold a 3-way conference call between two
internal callers and one external caller
1. During your call, press
put on hold.
2. If you have one other handset it will ring. If you
have extra handsets, press
name of the handset you want to call and press OK.
3. When the other handset answers you can announce
the call.
4. Press Conf to join all callers.
