Your phone is not set to visible.
Solution: After you enable Bluetooth, touch Bluetooth to enter the Bluetooth settings
screen. Touch your phone's Bluetooth name to set it to visible.
The Bluetooth visibility has timed out.
Solution: Re-enable the Bluetooth visibility or change the timeout period. On the
Bluetooth screen, touch
Bluetooth visibility.
