If your TV's problem is not addressed in this Questions and Answers section or the recommended solution has not worked, do
one of the following:

Turn off your TV. After 30 seconds, turn it on.

Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. After 1 minute, plug the power cord in and turn on the TV.
3
Perform the Reset TV function in the System Setup menu.
Your country/area may not support the USB HDD function.
Check that the recommended video camera (page 51) is connected to the
TV.
Ensure the network cable connection (page 13).
Check the Network setting of TV.
Turn off the TV and unplug the power cord. After 1 minute, plug the power
cord in and turn on the TV.
If you have no Skype Name, create a Skype Name in Create an account.
If you forgot password, visit www.skype.com and confirm the password.
