Step 5
Insert door hinge pin in bottom of
door into door bracket hole located
at the bottom of right cart assembly.
Then align door with the door
brackets. Depress spring pin located
on top edge of door and slide door
towards upper door bracket until
spring pin locks into door bracket
hole.
Note:
When performing Step 6,
lift grill body from front and
rear panels to avoid injury
to hands and fingers. Be
sure to pass hose/regulator
assembly above cart frame
crossbar.
Step 6
With the help of a friend, place grill
body assembly on cart frame. Place
into slots at the top of the legs.
Step 7
Secure grill body assembly using
four M6 X 25mm bolts (Black) and
M6 star washers (Black) through left
and right side cart assemblies into
bottom of grill body.
WARNING: Never use your grill
without leak testing all
gas connections and
hoses. See the section
on "Leak Testing" in this
manual for proper
procedures.
