Is the DC voltage of approx. 400V supplied to both ends of
C7144?
Is UR13V supplied from pins(1-4) of connector CN7501 (PD)
when the power switch is turned on?
Is PNL12V supplied from pins(1-2) of connector CN7503 (PL)
when the power switch is turned on?
