Manual instruction | Submersible pump
(SP-900DWS)
This machine is equipped with the detachable
deaera tion valve. It shall be necessary to unscrew
the nut (9), rinse the resilient piece (10) and the bail
valve (11) on a regular basis. Pay attention to the
elasticity of the resilient piece (10) that shall be crack
free and undam aged.
Thermal shielding of motor
This machine is equipped with the thermal shield-
ing of the motor, that will switch the motor off when
overheated. After cooling down the machine will be
switched on automatically.
Operation
Connect the hose.
Should the operation in a well or similar site be
planned, the durable rope shall be attached to the
car rying handle (2). It shall be recommended to
fasten the rope in such a way, so that no occasional
loosening knots or undoing hitches may occur.
Set the cable length for the automatic floating
switch (1).
Should the pumping be carried out in a natural
res ervoir, a solid item (e.g., a brick) is to be placed
on the bottom for the purpose positioning the
machine on it.
Place the machine into working position by
lowering it on the rope into the well and setting
onto the bot tom.
Plug the power cord in. The pumping will start in
a couple of seconds.
End of use
After switching the machine off by the
automatic floating switch (1) the power cable shall
be unplugged.
Lift the machine and detach the hose.
Pour the fluid out of the impeller's chamber.
Transportation
Transportation of the unit is done using the
appropriate handle.

Maintenance works

Before performing maintenance unplug
the power cord.
Instruction: Regularly performing the fol lowing
tasks will ensure long and reliable device operation.
Inspect the device on a regular basis in order to
de tect any visible damage, e.g., loose connections,

and worn or faulty parts.
Check the functioning and proper installation
of guards and safety equipment. Perform any
required maintenance or repairs before operating
the device.
Rinsing the impeller's chamber
After handling the heavily contaminated fluids or
pumping out water with chemical additives (e.g.,
out of the swimming pool), the impeller's cham-
ber shall be rinsed to avoid destructive influence
on the machine's parts.
Loosen the screws (5) and take away the bottom
cover (6).
Rinse all parts in the impeller's chamber
Replace the bottom cover (6) and tighten the
screws (5).
Do not apply the excessive force while tightening
the screws (5), in order not to cause damage to the
threaded joints.

Storage after use

The machine's exterior surfaces should be cleaned
with a soft brush and cloth. Do not use solvents or
pol ishing compounds. All dirt shall be removed.
Frost can cause damage to the device
that that has not been fully drained. The
device should be stored in a frost-free
environ ment.

Troubleshooting

The
table
below

Caution: Before troubleshooting switch
the device off and unplug the cable.
The machine runs, but doesn't pump the fluid.
Air is not removed due to the hose kink. ►
Eliminate the kink of the hose.
Air is not removed out of the impeller's chamber
► Wait for 3 minutes, until deaeration takes place. If
necessary, switch the machine off and on again.
The impeller's chamber is clogged up. ► Switch
the machine off and cleanse the impeller from
inside.
The machine cannot be started or stops suddenly
in course of operation.
The cord is not plugged in.►Plug the machine in.
