TESTING OF THE UNIT

For safety reasons, we would re ommend having the devi e
he ked by an expert as required but at least every 12 months
to ensure that it an ontinue to operate safely.
In the ase of unused devi es, the he k an be postponed
until they are next started up.
All (potentially deviating) national inspe tion and mainte-
nan e regulations must also be observed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON PRODUCT LIABILITY
An EU dire tive valid sin e 01.01.1990 spe ifies that the manu-
fa turer is only liable for his produ ts if all the parts originate
from the manufa tured or are approved by him, and if the
units are mounted and operated properly.
If a essories or spare parts from third parties are used, liability
an be partially or ompletely inappli able. In extreme ases
the responsible authorities an prohibit the use of the entire
unit (German industrial employer's liability insuran e asso ia-
tion and fa tory inspe torate).
With original WAGNER a essories and spare parts, ompli-
an e with all safety regulations is guaranteed.

NOTE ON DISPOSAL

In observan e of the European Dire tive 2002/96/EC on waste
ele tri al and ele troni equipment and implementation in
a ordan e with national law, this produ t is not to be dis-
posed of together with household waste material but must be
re y led in an environmentally friendly way!
Wagner or one of our dealers will take ba k your used Wagner
waste ele tri al or ele troni equipment and will dispose of
it for you in an environmentally friendly way. Please ask your
lo al Wagner servi e entre or dealer for details or onta t us
dire t.

GUARANTEE DECLARATION
(Status 01.02.2009)
1. Scope of guarantee
All Wagner professional olour appli ation devi es (here-
after referred to as produ ts) are
tested and are subje t to stri t
quality assuran e. Wagner ex lusively issues extended
guarantees to ommer ial or professional users (hereafter
referred to as " ustomer") who have pur hased the prod-
u t in an authorised spe ialist shop, and whi h relate to
the produ ts listed for that ustomer on the Internet under
www.wagner-group. om/profi-guarantee.
The buyer's laim for liability for defe ts from the pur hase
agreement with the seller as well as statutory rights are not
impaired by this guarantee.
We provide a guarantee in that we de ide whether to repla e
or repair the produ t or individual parts, or take the devi e
ba k and reimburse the pur hase pri e. The osts for materials
and working hours are our responsibility. Repla ed produ ts
or parts be ome our property.
2. Guarantee period and registration
The guarantee period amounts to 36 months. For industrial
use or equal wear, su h as shift operations in parti ular, or in
the event of rentals it amounts to 12 months.
Systems driven by petrol or air are also guaranteed for a 12
month period.
The guarantee period begins with the day of delivery by the
authorised spe ialist shop. The date on the original pur hase
do ument is authoritative.
For all produ ts bought in authorised spe ialist shops from
01.02.2009 the guarantee period is extended to 24 months
providing the buyer of these devi es registers in a ordan e
with the following onditions within 4 weeks of the day of de-
livery by the authorised spe ialist shop.

The guarantee ertifi ate is valid as onfirmation, as is the
original pur hase do ument that arries the date of the pur-
hase. Registration is only possible if the buyer is in agreement
with having the data being stored that is entered during reg-
istration.
When servi es are arried out under guarantee the guarantee
period for the produ t is neither extended nor renewed.
On e the guarantee period has expired, laims made against
the guarantee or from the guarantee an no longer be en-
for ed.
