  • Page 4 Step 1 Insert dowels (D) in to the pre drilled holes on the side rails (3). Insert barrel nut (C) in to the pre drilled holes underneath side rails (3) and on the inside top of the side rail (3). Secure the side rails (3) to the head board (1) using bolts (B) as shown below.
  • Page 5 Step 3 Secure the centre rail (4) to the head board (1) and foot board (2), by pushing the bracket down in to place as shown below.
  • Page 6 PLEASE NOTE : slat to the other end of the bed using screws (G) ensuring there are no gaps between the slats and head boa rds. Finally, secure the rest of the slats in to place using screws (G) as shown below. Tighten using a philips head screw driver.
  • Page 7 Wood Furniture ray’ which can appear on oak furniture is a mark of good quality timber - these are just characterisitics of the natural beauty of the wood. Some furniture is also deliberately aged and rustic. drawer fronts by the way the slivers are arranged. All timber surfaces will change colour and mellow over time.
