This product is HEAVY. It should be assembled as near as possible to the point of use. TAKE CARE WHEN
LIFTING to avoid personal injury and (or) damage to the product.
This product takes approximately 40 MINUTES to assemble with 2 PEOPLE.
Do not use power tools to assemble.
The fittings pack contains SMALL ITEMS which should be KEPT AWAY FROM YOUNG CHILDREN.

- Page 3 Step One Starting with the Headboard (1) attach the Side Rails (3) using the inserted M8 x 35mm Bolt (E), M8 Spring Washer (G) and M8 Washer (H). Please do not tighten the bolts yet.Now attach the Footboard (2) to the Side Rails(3) using M8 x 35mm Bolt (E), M8 Spring Washer (G) and M8 Washer (H).
- Page 4 Step Three Next secure the bracket with Screw 3.5x18mm (I) on the Headboard (1) and Footboard (2) as shown in fig. 5. Attach the metal clip on the Headboard (1) to the Side Rail (3) and make any adjustment needed. Ensure all parts align together and secure with Screw 4x25mm (F) as shown in fig.
- Page 5 Step Five With the curved side facing upwards, Insert 2 Slats (4) into a Centre Cap (C) followed by a Side Cap (D) onto the other end of both Slats. Use your palms to push down the Side Caps into the Side Rails and Centre Caps to the Centre Rail as shown in diagram below.
