9. Install the fire-extinguisher support or cup-cutter
bracket to the side upright frame bracket and front
upright frame bracket with 2 carriage bolts (5/16 x 3/4
inch) and 2 flange nuts (5/16 inch) as shown in
9 or Figure 10.

10. Tighten the hex-head screws (1/4 x 3/4 inch) in steps
1 and 3 to 1,130 N∙cm (100 in-lb).
