THE BASICS
TO CHANGE THE DATE
Press SPEAKER key
Type #46
Change the date (following format YY/MM/DD/W - week)
Phone will beep when the date has been changed successfully
Press SPEAKER key
TO ADJUST SCREEN BRIGHTNESS
With the handset in place
Press increase/decrease on CIRCULAR key
TO CHANGE RING TONE
Press SPEAKER key
Type *20
Press Option 1 - Internal or Option 2 - External
Choose between 8 different ringtones (use keypad to select option and listen)
Press SPEAKER key when you have selected the tone you like
LAST NUMBER REDIAL
Press REDIAL button and scroll until desired redial number is reached
Pick up handset and call will be placed
TO ADJUST LISTENING VOLUME
When call is in progress press increase/decrease on CIRCULAR key
TO ADJUST RINGER VOLUME
When phone is ringing press increase/decrease on CIRCULAR key

VOICEMAIL/MESSAGING

TO RECORD PERSONAL VOICEMAIL GREETING
Dial 400
Enter mailbox number (this is your extension number)
Press GREET soft key
Press GREET 1 soft key
Press REC soft key
Follow prompts and record greeting
Press DONE or # to end recording
Follow prompts
Hang up when finished
TO CHECK VOICEMAIL
Dial 400
Enter mailbox number (this is your extension number)
Press LIST soft key
Follow prompts
Hang up when finished
TO SET MESSAGE WAITING
When calling a busy or unanswered digital phone
Press 0 or press MW soft key
Replace handset
The destination extension will display MESSAGE WAITING as well as green flashing LED light
TO CANCEL MESSAGE WAITING (FROM ORIGINATING EXTENSION)
Lift handset or press SPEAKER key
Enter *73 or *71
Replace handset or press SPEAKER key
TO CHECK RECEIVED/MISSED CALLS
(ONLY AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE ACTIVE CALLER ID AT THE EXCHANGE)
Press LIST soft key
Press CID soft key
Use arrow keys to scroll through (you will be able to see the last 50 calls)
If a call was unanswered there will be an* in the left hand corner
