Fixed dial is a part of Contacts, but with added security.
When Fixed dial is enabled:
If you store, edit or delete a phone number, you have to enter your PIN2.

Only numbers that are in the Fixed dial Store may be dialled.
Any manually dialled phone numbers must match a number already in the Fixed dial Store.
