Troubleshooting
PROBABLE CAUSE
Row is changing to a temperature that is
lower than its current value.
Row is changing to a temperature that is
higher than its current value.
Slot temperature is more than 10°F (6°C)
above setpoint for more than 15 minutes.
Slot temperature is more than 10°F (6°C)
below setpoint for more than 15 minutes.
There is a problem with the temperature
probe.
A row is taking longer than 30 minutes to
reach minimum temperature — there is a
problem with the temperature probe or
heater in row.
Heaters for 3 rows will not operate —
distribution board is down.
One of the Item Displays is not operating.

Wait for temperature to change before using
slot.

row to silence the alarm. Call for service.
