APPLYING THE ARM CUFF
3. Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor. Place your left arm
on a table so the cuff is level with your heart.
4. Hold the grip on the cuff securely with
your right hand, placing your thumb
on the thumb grip.
5. Turn the palm of your left hand upward.
