1 1 Clamp the body eyelet into the vise.
2 Pour suspension oil into the IFP reservoir until it is level with the top of
the IFP reservoir. Oil will begin to bleed into the damper body.
Pour a small amount of oil into the damper body.
Allow about half of the oil to bleed into the reservoir, then use the palm
of your hand to tap down on the top of the reservoir repeatedly to
move oil into the damper body. This will assist in purging air bubbles
from the system.
Fill the reservoir with more oil, then continue to tap on the top of the
reservoir until no more bubbles emerge from the damper body.

3 Once most of the oil from the IFP reservoir has moved to the damper
body, use the palm of your hand to tap down on the top of the damper
body repeatedly to move oil back into the reservoir. This will further
assist in purging air bubbles from the system.
Do not allow the oil level in the damper body or IFP reservoir to
become low; this will allow air into the system.
Continue this process of tapping the damper body and the reservoir
until no more bubbles emerge from either side.
