MiniMate allows service and delivery operations to optimize
the work order process by eliminating redundant data entry and
expanding the amount of data collected in the field. With real-
time paperless processes, drivers and service technicians can
collect proof of delivery information, place a sales order, update
work order status, record resolutions to service problems, create
invoices, collect signatures, print invoices, collect overdue monies,
view customer balance statements, view sales history, add new
customers and view turn by turn navigation. Supervisors can
also use the real time information to reduce costs and improve
productivity in service and delivery operations.
