Operation
7.1
Before first use
Before first use, clean the wine cooler inside and outside with a damp cloth for
hygienic reasons (see also chapter "Cleaning and maintenance" on page 28).
7.2
Storing bottles
Please note the following:
• Only store wine in wine bottles that are closed and still sealed.
• Do not overload the wine cooler.
• Do not cover the shelves with aluminium foil or any other objects, as this
obstructs the air circulation.
• After a power failure or if the wine cooler has been switched off, wait 3 to
5 minutes before switching on the wine cooler again.
➤ Position the bottles as shown in fig. e, page 10 to fig. g, page 11.
7.3
Saving energy
• Only open the wine cooler as often and for as long as necessary.
• Avoid unnecessarily low temperature settings.
• For optimal energy consumption, position the shelves and drawers according to
their position on delivery.
• On a regularly basis, make sure the door seal still fits properly.
• Clean dust and dirt from the condenser at regular intervals.
