Replacing the maintenance set

The maintenance set consists of:
G The image transfer roller and
G The paper feed roller of tray 1.
Replace the image transfer roller and the paper feed roller if the display
indicates MAINTENANCE2 REQUIRED.

Replacing the image transfer roller

Turn the printer OFF and unplug the
power cord.
2 Remove the release lever and open
the side cover.
3 Pull back the metal cover that is
located over the image transfer
roller on the plastic handles
arranged on the side.
4 Hold the image transfer roller by the
ends and lift it out.
