The loading door will not open if the temperature of the water in the machine is high or if
the water level is above the base of the loading door.

4.3.13 Canceling the program

The program is canceled when the program selection knob is turned to a
different program or when the machine is switched off and back on using
the program selection knob.

If you turn the program selection knob while Child Lock is activated, the
program will not be cancelled. You must first cancel Child Lock.
If you want to open the loading door after canceling the program but this opening is
not possible since the water level in the machine is above the base of the door, turn the
program selector to the program " Spin and Pump" and drain the water in the machine.
4.3.14 End of program
The End symbol appears on the screen when the program is finished.
If you don't press any button for 10 minutes, the machine goes into OFF
mode. The screen and all indicators are off.
The completed program phases are displayed if you press the Start/Stop button.
4.3.15 HomeWhiz and remote control functions
The HomeWhiz function allows you to use your smart device to check
your washing machine and get status information. With the HomeWhiz
app, you can use your smart device to perform different operations that
can also be performed on the machine. Also, you can use some features
only with the HomeWhiz function.
Download the HomeWhiz app from your smart device's app store
to use your machine's Bluetooth functionality. Make sure your
smart device is connected to the internet to install the app.
If you are using the app for the first time, please follow the on-
screen instructions to complete your user account registration. Once
the registration procedure is complete, you can use all HomeWhiz-
enabled devices in your home from this account.
In the HomeWhiz app, tap "Add/Remove Product" to display the
products associated with your account. This page also allows you to
perform pairing operations for users of these devices.

To use the HomeWhiz feature, install the app on your smart device and pair your washing
machine to your smart device via Bluetooth. If your washing machine is not paired with your
smart device, it operates as a device that is not equipped with the HomeWhiz function.
Your device will function as if paired with your smart device via Bluetooth. Orders placed
through the app will be activated through this pairing; therefore, the Bluetooth signal
strength between the unit and the smart device must be adequate.

the HomeWhiz app.
