- Cabling problem
1) Disassemble the machine and check whether FPC cable and wire are installed in place;
2) If it is confirmed that the connection is still poor after being installed in place, pls try to plug and insert the FPC cable, meanwhile,
the gold finger and socket can be cleaned to eliminate the poor contact caused by grease and other foreign material.
- No Picture
1) Disassemble the machine to check whether the drive plate and FPC cable are installed in place;
2) Remove the main board and drive board, and use a jig to verify whether the main board and drive board are normal;
3) Remove the engine, and use a jig to verify whether it is normal.
- Picture Unstable
1) Disassemble the machine to check whether the drive plate and FPC cable are installed in place;
2) Remove the main board and drive board, and use a jig to verify whether the main board and drive board are normal. If it is con-
firmed that the main board is abnormal and the picture is sometimes good or sometimes bad, try to replace the FPGA;
3) Remove the engine , and use a jig to verify whether it is normal.
- Power off after power on
Check whether the battery capacity is insufficient;
1) Check whether the fan works normally;
2) tlDisassemble and check whether the thermal pad of PLDA 3000 is installed in place.
- No Power and No power on
Check whether the battery capacity is insufficient;
1) Remove the main board and drive board, and use a jig to verify whether the main board and drive board can work normally;
2) Remove the engine , and use a jig to verify whether it is normal.
- No sound output
1) Disassemble the machine and check whether SPK socket is connected in place;
2) Replace SPK
3) Visual check whether the audio circuit exists pseudo soldering or damage;
4) Judge the defective device by measuring the signal of audio circuit, then replace a new one.
- Out of focus
1) Replace a new engine
