Preparation
1. Wash and dry the fish and sprinkle
with lemon juice, salt and anchovy
butter.
2. Place in a gratin dish (size depends
on weight).
3. Sprinkle the Gouda over the fish.
4. Wash the tomatoes and remove the
stalk-spore. Cut into slices and
place on top of the cheese.
5. Season with salt, pepper and the
mixed herbs.
6. Drain the Mozarella, cut into slices
and place on the tomatoes.
Sprinkle the basil over the cheese.
7. Place the gratin dish on the low
rack and cook on AUTO COOK
plus GRILL 1 (A1-1) "Gratinated
fish fillet".
8. After cooking, let stand for approx.
5 minutes.
Preparation
1. Put vegetables, butter and the spices
into a casserole dish and mix well.
Cook for 2-6 minutes on 900 W
depending on weight.
2. Wash the fish, dry and sprinkle with
lemon juice and salt.
3. Mix the crème fraîche with the
vegetables and season again.
4. Put half of the vegetables in a gratin
dish. Place the fish on top and cover
with the remaining vegetables.
5. Spread the Gouda over the top,
place on the low rack and cook on
AUTO COOK plus GRILL 1 (A1-1),
"Gratinated fish fillet".
6. After cooking, let stand for
approximately 5 minutes.
