The HelpDesk Preferences features are as follows:

From the main help desk screen, click on the Tools menu
and select Preferences. A HelpDesk Preferences dialog
box (shown on the next page) appears.
Select the desired settings for the system's console (PC)-
intercom operations.
Click OK to accept the settings and return to the main
screen.
