Firmware Upgrade
Actiontec periodically posts firmware upgrades that may include
enhancements and/or bug fixes for the Adapter. To upgrade the Adapter's
firmware:
1. Go to
www.actiontec.com/support
for information about the latest firmware available for the Adapter. If
the version is the same as the current version applied to the Adapter,
there is no need to upgrade the firmware. If the online version is
newer, download it to a computer.
2. Make sure that the computer with the new firmware is connected to
the Adapter via Ethernet cable.
3. Locate the firmware file by clicking Choose File.
4. Select the file, then click Start to Upgrade.
5. The Adapter's firmware is updated. This may take a few minutes.
When the Adapter's Status screen reappears, the firmware will have
been updated.
