Your phone may fail to send or receive multimedia messages due to any of the following
reasons:



Go to Messaging and touch Compose new message.
Enter the recipient and compose a message.
Touch then Add subject. The message is then converted into a multimedia
message.
Touch to attach pictures, audio clips, or videos to the message.
Touch Send.
The network is busy, or the signal reception is poor.
Solution: Try again later.
The message is denied by the network (MMS center).
Reason 1: The recipient number is invalid.
