Standards
The SIRIUS 3RN2 thermistor motor protection relays comply with the following standards:
● EN 60947-8 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Control units for built-in thermal
protection (PTC) for rotating electrical machines"
● EN 50495 "Safety devices required for the safe functioning of equipment with respect to
explosion risks"
UL/CSA/Shipbuilding approval
SIRIUS components have been approved by a whole range of bodies for various sectors
(e.g. shipbuilding).
