Memory Card Access Indicator
Lights up in blue when Joybook
5000 is accessing the memory
card.
Num Lock Indicator
Lights up in blue when the Num
Lock is activated.
Caps Lock Indicator
Lights up in blue when the Caps
Lock is activated.
Scroll Lock Indicator
Lights up in blue when the
Scroll Lock is activated.
Left and Right Buttons
Equivalent to the left and right
buttons on a mouse.
Up and Down Scroll Button
Use this button to scroll windows up or down, or toggle among items in a menu.
Internet Hotkey
Starts up the Internet Explorer
Web browser.
E-Mail Hotkey
Starts up the Outlook Express e-
mail client.
Customizable Hotkey 1
Can be set to open the same
application as the third icon on
the Q-Media bar.
Customizable Hotkey 2
Can be set to open the same
application as the fourth icon on
the Q-Media bar.
Power Switch
Turns Joybook 5000 on or off.
Touch Pad
For controlling the on-screen
cursor. Can be activated and
deactivated by pressing the Fn +
