1-3: POWER PCB (Refer to Fig. 1-3)
1. Remove the Holder PCB in the direction of arrow (A).
2. Disconnect the following connector:
(CD301, CP501 and CP8101).
3. Remove the 7 screws (1).
4. Remove the Power PCB in the direction of arrow (B).

(Refer to Fig. 1-4)
1.
Remove the screw (1).
2.
Remove the Speaker-R Ass'y in the direction of arrow
(A).
3.
Disconnect the following connector:
(CP2201, CP5803 and CP6501).
4.
Remove the screw (2).
5. Remove the TUNER PCB in the direction of arrow (B).
6.
Remove the screw (3).
7. Remove the Plate Pcb in the direction of arrow (C).
8.
Remove the 5 screws (4).
9. Remove the Spring Earth 1 in the direction of arrow (D).
10.
Remove the MAIN PCB in the direction of arrow (E).
11.
Remove the 3 screws (5).
12.
Remove the Operation PCB in the direction of arrow (F).

1-5: DVD DECK (Refer to Fig. 1-5)
1. Short circuit the position shown in Fig. 1-5 using a
soldering iron. If you remove the DVD Deck with no
soldering, the Laser may be damaged.
2. Remove the 5 screws (1).
3. Remove the DVD Deck in the direction of arrow (A).
4. Disconnect the following connectors:
(CP2301, CP2302 and CP2303).
5. Remove the 2 screws (2).
6. Remove the Angle Mpeg in the direction of arrow (B).
7. Remove the 4 screws (3).
8. Remove the DVD MT PCB in the direction of arrow (C).

Short circuit using a
soldering iron.
NOTE
1. Before your operation, please read "PREPARATION OF
SERVICING"
2. Use the Lead Free solder.
3. Manual soldering conditions
• Soldering temperature: 320 ± 20
• Soldering time: Within 3 seconds
• Soldering combination: Sn-3.0Ag-0.5Cu
4. When Soldering/Removing of solder, use the drawing
equipment over the Pick Up Unit to keep the Flux smoke
away from it.
5. When installing the DVD Deck, remove all the soldering
on the short circuit position after the connection of Pick Up
PCB and DVD MT PCB connector.
