Comprobación del anclaje mecánico:
La compuerta de aire exterior con el actuador desconec-
tado debe de estar totalmente cerrada.
Partiendo de esta posición, mediante el mando manual,
llevar la compuerta a la posición de abierta al 100%, con ello
comprobaremos que el montaje ha sido correcto, al soltar el
mando manual el muelle de retorno llevará la compuerta de
nuevo a la posición de cerrada.
Ajuste de las señales de control:
Por medio de los potenciómetros O y S, debemos indicar
al actuador que la señal de control utilizada es de 2 a 10
Vdc, para ello se debe situar el potenciómetro O en la posi-
ción 2, y el potenciómetro S en la posición 8.
Selección de sentido de giro:
En esta aplicación el actuador debe trabajar en modo de
operación normal, es decir el muelle es tensionado con se-
ñales de control crecientes, para ello situar el dipswitch 2 en
la posición OFF.
Característica de auto-adaptación:
En esta aplicación el actuador no precisa de esta función,
por lo que se debe de situar el dipswitch 1 en la posición
OFF.
Ajustes de los contactos auxiliares:
El actuador dispone de dos conmutadores de posición
ajustables, a y b, si son usados en su aplicación, usted de-
berá ajustarlos a la posición requerida.
Para ello posicione la compuerta mediante el mando ma-
nual en el punto que desea se efectúe la conmutación y sitúe
la leva de conmutación sobre el pulsador del conmutador.

Checking for mechanical attachment:
When the actuator is disconnected electrically the exter-
nal-air shutter should be completely closed.
From this position, use the manual control to move the
shutter to the 100% open position. We can then see that it
has been assembled correctly by releasing the manual con-
trol, and checking that the return spring moves the shutter to
the closed position again.
Adjustment of control signals:
Using the potentiometers O and S, the actuator must be
told that the control signal used is between 2 and 10 Vdc. To
do this, potentiometer O must be in position 2 and potentio-
meter S in position 8.
Selection of turning direction:
In this application, the actuator should operate in the nor-
mal-operation mode, i.e. the spring in tension with increasing
control signals. To do this, turn dipswitch 2 to the OFF posi-
tion.
Self-adaptation feature:
The actuator does not require this feature in this particular
application, so the dipswitch 1 should be switched to the
OFF position.
Adjustment of auxiliary contacts:
The actuator has two adjustable position switches, a and
b. If they are used in your application, you must adjust them
to the required position.
To do this, adjust the shutter by means of the manual
control to the desired position, where switching should be
carried out the and with the switching cam over the push-
button for the position switch.
