When you enter the Inbox, the list of messages displays with the sender's phone numbers, or names, if available in
your Contacts List and the Text message (saved to SIM) icon displayed. After you have read the message, the
envelope in the icon displays as opened.
If the Inbox is full when a new text message is received, or the SIM card is full, the text message saves to the
phone and the Text message (saved to Phone) icon displays.
In Idle mode, Touch Menu

Viewing a Text Message from the Inbox

In Idle mode, touch Menu

Touch a text message in the list to view the message.

Note: For this example the text message is stored on the phone's memory.
The following options display:
• Reply: allows you to send a reply to the sender by sending a message.
• Forward: allows you to forward the text message to another person.
• Delete: deletes the selected text message.
• More:
– Move to my folder: moves the selected message to a personal folder.
– Save to Phonebook: stores the number in your Phone memory, or updates the information if the number is already saved.
– Move to Phone/ SIM card: moves the selected text message to either the Phone memory or the SIM card.
– Save as template: saves the message as a text template.
– Print via Bluetooth: sends the message to a Bluetooth enabled printer.
– Lock/Unlock: allows you to lock the message to protect it from deletion, or unlock it to allow deletion.

Viewing a Picture Message from the Inbox

In Idle mode, touch Menu
1.
Touch a picture message in the list to view the message.

Touch Stop to finish viewing the multimedia file.
