Cleaning and maintenance

Ensure that the machine is unplugged after usage

After use


Disconnect the plug from the mains.

Drain off the water, which remain in the tub.

Take off the filter and wash it.

Bring in the water inlet hose and hang the drain hose.

Close all the lids. Place the machine in a well-ventilated place.

Troubleshooting

Problem
The pulsator cannot
rotate
The pulsator rotates
too slowly
Abnormal noise and

Spin-dry basket does
not rotate
The spin-tub does not

ATTENTION! If above problems cannot be solved, please call the service center.
 Do not put any hot
or heavy objects on the
machine.
 Do not place the
washing machine near
fire to avoid hazard.
Reason
Power out or switch off
Transmission belt burst
Belt pulley become loose
Pulsator is blocked by something
Belt become loose
The flexible screw of motor is loose
The cloths is in spin-dry tub is unbalanced
Something is between pulsator and wash tub
The fixed screw of spin-dry basket or shaft
coupling is loose
The shaft of spin-dry basket is twined by the
textile
Brake dragline is loose
Something drops into the place between spin
tub and outer basket

 When cleaning the main body,
use soft cloth only. Hard textile
or organic solvent might cause
damage to the finishing.

 Do not place the machine
outdoor, under hot sun or in
damp places.
Solution
Switch on plug
Assemble the
transmission belt
Tighten the belt
Remove the blockage
Tighten the belt
or replace it
Tighten the belt and the
screw
Place the cloths evenly
Remove it
Tighten the screw
Remove the textile
Tighten the dragline
Remove it
