– Stretch and move shoulders daily, without causing
damage

Slowly pull
the wrist of
one arm to
the side
with the
opposite
hand
Using weights to help stretch
As shown, put one hand on steady
surface and hold a 10 lb. weight in
the other hand. Move weight slowly
back and forth (about a foot). Repeat
ten times on each side.
