HINTS AND TIPS
• Always use your frother to froth or heat your milk first. While it is operating, prepare
your coffee or hot chocolate and serve immediately.
• Use whole milk (fat content greater than 3%) for best results.
• When frothing cold milk, the temperature remains the same. It will not be lowered.
• Heat milk to approximately 149˚F / 65˚C. This is the ideal temperature to ensure the
flavor of your coffee is maintained.
• Keep the whisks in a safe place. They are small and can easily be lost. We
recommend you use the molded grooves on the underside of the lid for one and
secure the other in the inside bottom of the jug.
• After frothing or heating, allow 2 minutes for the thermostat to reset and the frother
to be ready for use again. To shorten this time, rinse with water and wipe dry after
each use.
• The frother is designed to heat and froth milk. If you add flavorings, coffee granules
or hot chocolate powder in the frother, ensure you thoroughly clean immediately
after using.
