Using Smart Label

You can record a voice memo and capture an image, then post the memo
and the image on the desktop.
To record a voice memo

Click the Start button on the Windows 98 taskbar.

Point to VAIO and click Stationary.

Click Smart Label.

Double-click
into the microphone.
The label appears on the desktop as you record your voice.

You can record up to 60 seconds.

Click x to finish.
