Cause
The battery is being charged with
too high current.
Communication problems with the
cutting system.
The cutting height adjustment
cannot move.
The cutting height adjustment
motor is not installed correctly or
faulty.
The cutting height sensor circuit
board is not installed correctly or
faulty.
The cutting height adjustment has
been altered without a request
from the product.
The ultrasonic sensors are faulty. Replace the ultrasonic sensors.
The ultrasonic circuit board is
faulty.
The cabling to the RTK module is
faulty or has come loose.
The RTK module is faulty.
Wrong type of battery.
Battery temperature sensor de-
fective.
Wrong type of battery.
too high or too low to enable nor-
mal operation.
Action
Fault in the power supply, or
wrong type of power supply or
charging station is being used.
Restart the product by switching
off the product, wait for 10 sec-
onds and then switch on the prod-
uct.
Update the firmware via Autoch-
eck.
Replace the motor control circuit
To replace the
board. Refer to
motor control circuit board on
page 20
Remove the chassis and check
that the cutting height adjustment
can move. Check all moving parts
in the cutting height system.
Check that the motor cabling is
fitted correctly. Replace the motor
if required.
Check that the cutting height sen-
sor circuit board is installed cor-
rectly. Replace the board if re-
quired.
Do a cutting height calibration in
Autocheck.
To replace the ultrasonic
Refer to
sensors on page 22 .
Replace the ultrasonic circuit
board.
Check and refit the cable.
Replace the RTK module.
Use only original batteries recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
Replace the battery. Refer to
replace the batteries on page 25 .
Use only original batteries recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
No action. When the temperature
is back within the allowed limits
the product will revert to normal
operation.
