Cause
Grass or another object may have
become wrapped around the
blade disc.
The grass is thick and long.
The blade disc is lying in a pool of
water.
The blade motor is defective.
The motor control circuit board is
defective.
The cabling to the blade motor is
damaged or faulty.
Unknown combination of firmware
versions in the application circuit
board and the motor control cir-
cuit board.
Memory data error.
Battery not connected properly, or
faulty.
Wrong type of battery.
The motor control circuit board is
faulty.
The tilt sensor has incorrect val-
ues.
The product is tilted more than
the maximum angle.

Action
Check the blade disc and remove
any object.
Increase the cutting height and
then gradually lower it.
Increase the scheduled time for
that work area or decrease the
size of the complete work area.
Move the product and rectify the
cause of water collecting in the
work area.
Make sure the blade motor has
the right speed. Do a blade motor
test in Autocheck.
Replace motor control circuit
To replace the
board. Refer to
motor control circuit board on
page 20 .
Check whether the damage is re-
pairable. Otherwise replace the
blade motor.
Program the product with the
most recent firmware. Refer to
Firmware on page 10 .
Program the product with the
most recent firmware. Refer to
Firmware on page 10 .
Replace the application circuit
To replace the ap-
board. Refer to
plication circuit board on page 21 .
Check that the battery is properly
To replace
connected. Refer to
the batteries on page 25 .
Use only original batteries recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
To replace the motor

Calibrate the tilt sensor. Do a tilt
sensor test in Autocheck.
Replace the motor control circuit

page 20 .
Move the product to a flat area.
Check the drive wheel and re-
move any objects.
