Offline installation not possible
The system boots and the "System not
configured" message is displayed

Possible causes
• The data of the requested serial number are not available in the WKOSUPDATE
partition.
• The incorrect serial number was entered
• The installation data storage medium does not have a WKOSUPDATE partition
• Check if the name of the USB device is WKOSUPDATE
• The installation of some packages failed. Ensure that either an Internet connec-
tion is available or the WKOSUPDATE partition exists either on a separate drive
or as a partition on the installation drive. Repeat the installation.
• Repeat the installation and during the installation procedure search for error
messages about problems with package dependency. Please ask the manufac-
turer for support.
