Check the FFC connection
between 24P and the loader.

Check whether "MO_VCC"
(VCC) voltage is normal.

(1.9V for CD & 2.3V for DVD)
on L21 & L22

varies between 0 and 3.3V (3.3V
for CD and 0V for DVD),
