Standard exposure index
Exposure level mark
If the exposure level mark <h> blinks at the <G> or <F> level, it indicates
that the exposure level exceeds the standard exposure by ±2 stops.

Focus the subject.

Press the shutter button halfway.

The exposure setting will be
displayed on the LCD panel and in
the viewfinder.

The exposure level icon <h> shows
you how far you are from the standard
exposure level.

Set the exposure.

Check the exposure level and set the
desired shutter speed and aperture
value.

Take the picture.

: Standard exposure level.
: To set it to the standard
exposure level, set a
slower shutter speed or a
larger aperture opening.
