Possible Cause & Solution
Is supply/drain hose or drain pump frozen?
• Supply warm water into the drum in order to unfreeze the
drain hose and the drain pump. Cover the supply hose with
wet and warm towel.
Water leaks.
• Call for service.
Power failure or inadequate electrical service may have
occurred during operation.
• Press the Start/Pause button to restart the cycle.
Possible Cause & Solution
The amount of liquid detergent in the detergent
compartment did not decrease.
After putting the detergent into the detergent
compartment, it was left for a long time and the
detergent hardened.
• Clean the detergent compartment thoroughly, fill it with
liquid detergent, install it in the drawer, and run a wash
cycle. If is displayed continuously, call for service.

• Call for service.
The amount of fabric softener in the liquid fabric softener
or liquid detergent compartment did not decrease.
After putting the fabric softener into the liquid fabric
softener or liquid detergent compartment, it was left for
a long time and the fabric softener hardened.
• Clean the liquid fabric softener or liquid detergent
compartment thoroughly, fill it with liquid fabric softener,
install it in the drawer, and run a wash cycle. If
displayed continuously, call for service.
