4) 2 screws had fixed in terminal block cover
when change power terminal block, commu-
nication terminal block remove.
5) 2 screws had fixed in terminal block after
remove 4 screws had fixed to Cabinet for ter-
minal block protection remove.
6) 5 screws had fixed to Front part remove.
