Setting up the machine
> To activate the KickSstart function, tap. «KickStart»
> To start the machine, press the foot control briefly with your heel.
> To stop the machine, press the foot control briefly with your heel again.
> To end KickSstart function, touch the screen or press the foot control down at the front.

There are 2 buttons on each handle that can be programmed with different functions.
> Switch on the machine and wait until it starts up.
> To program the buttons, repeat the following steps for all buttons.
