N’RUN Instruction Manual Essential Settings Optional Armrests (only 304, 308) If your table is equipped with a head section with arms support (optional), you can adjust them as it is shown in the pictures below. Unscrew the fixing knob to loosen the arm-blocking mechanism, slide the arm support down the bar to its place and tighten the knob again to block it. -
