    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION This manual is designed to help you easily assemble, adjust and use this machine. Please read this manual carefully. For the sake of familiarizing yourself with the parts identified in the instruction, first study the overview drawing. Set all parts in a clear area on the floor and remove the packing material. Refer to the parts list for help to identify the parts.
  • Page 7 STEP 2. ATTACH THE SEAT, SEAT SLIDE COVER AND SEAT POST n Attach the seat (27) to the seat slider bracket (7) which is on the seat post (6) using the washers (63) and the nylon locknuts (64) which are pre-assembled on the seat.
  • Page 8 STEP 3. ATTACH THE HANDLEBAR POST n Connect extension sensor wire (30) to sensor wire (20). Connect the extension monitor cable (28) to the motor/cable (22). Connect the extension power wire (77) to the power wire (78). n Insert the handlebar post (10) to main frame (1). Secure using 4 allen head bolts (42), 4 spring washers (39) and 4 curve washers (40) which were pre-assemble on the main frame.
  • Page 9 STEP 4. ATTACH HANDLEBAR AND MONITOR Attach the handlebar (11) with hand pulse (35) to welded clamp of the handlebar post (10). Secure using the one spacer (57), one clamp (32) cover and one L quick release knob (25) being careful not to pinch the pulse wire.
