Configuring Ports
You can individually configure the ports 1 to 28 as indicated in the following table:
Odd Numbered Port (1 to 27)
40-Gigabit QSFP+ port (default)
40-Gigabit port with 4x10-Gigabit
breakout feature
100-Gigabit QSFP28 port
100-Gigabit port with 4x25-Gigabit
breakout feature
1/10-Gigabit port using a
QSFP-to-SFP adapter in the port
You can individually configure ports 29 to 32 as follows:
• 40/100-Gigabit QSFP+/QSFP28 uplink port (default)
• 40/100-Gigabit QSFP+/QSFP28 uplink port can be individually broken out with the 4x10-Gigabit or
4x25-Gigabit breakout feature.

Even numbered port must use the same speed as the odd
numbered port in the same vertical pair of ports. Connect the
odd numbered port first to set the speed for the vertical pair
