The T7.2 treadmill provides an impressive number and serial number before contacting us. PART IDENTIFICATION CHART Use the drawings below to identify small parts used for assembly. The number in parentheses below each draw- ing is the key number of the part, from the PART LIST near the end of this manual. The number following the key number is the quantity used for assembly.

2. Make sure that the power cord is unplugged. Locate the Upright Wire (70) bundled around the front of the Base (80). Cut the plastic tie securing the Upright Wire. Then, route the Upright Wire out of the indicated hole. Press a Base Cap (77) into each side of the Base (80).

4. Hold the Left Upright (75) against the Base (80). Be careful not to pinch the wires. Partially tighten three 3/8" x 4" Screws (4) with three 3/8" Star Washers (5) into the Left Upright and the Base; do not fully tighten the Screws yet. Attach the Right Upright (not shown) in the same way.

6. Identify the Left Handrail (71). Remove the tie from the 5/16" Cage Nut (90). If necessary, press the Cage Nut back into place. Hold the Left Handrail (71) near the Left Upright (75). Tie the wire tie in the Left Handrail securely around the end of the Upright Wire (70).

8. Set the Console Base (83) face down on a soft surface to avoid scratching the Console Base. Remove the two Screws (A) from the Pulse Crossbar (31). Remove the Pulse Crossbar. 10. Firmly tighten the two 5/16" x 1" Bolts (7) and the four 5/16" x 1" Flat Head Screws (10) (only one Console side is shown). Assembly With the help of a second person, hold the con- sole assembly near the Left Handrail (71) and the Right Handrail (not shown).

12. Hold the Right Upright Cover (93) against the Console console assembly. Align the holes in the Right Assembly Upright Cover with the holes in the Right Upright (76). Attach the Right Upright Cover with two #8 x 3/4" Screws (6). Attach the Left Upright Cover (99) to the Left Upright (75) in the same way.

14. Raise the Frame (49) to the position shown. Have a second person hold the Frame during the next three assembly steps. Attach the Latch Crossbar (103) to the Frame (49) with two 1/4" x 1 3/4" Screws (105). 15. Orient the Storage Latch (51) so that the large barrel and the latch knob are in the positions shown.

16. Attach a Wheel (81) to the Base (80) with a 3/8" x 2 1/2" Bolt (2) and a 3/8" Nut (3). Do not overtighten the Nut; the Wheel must turn freely. Attach the other Wheel (81) to the other side of the Base (80) in the same way.
