Save time and money! Review the charts on the following pages
first and you may not need to call for service.
Problem
Oven will not start
Floor of the oven is warm,
even when the oven has
not been used

Possible Causes
A fuse in your home may
be blown or the circuit
breaker tripped.

Plug not fully inserted
into wall outlet.

located below the oven
floor. When the light is
on, the heat it produces
may make the oven floor
get warm.
The control has been
locked.

unlock the control.
Do not open door until
steam is sensed and time
is shown counting down
on the display.
