Using the Connector Panel
Inputting and Outputting the DC Power
The diagram below shows the connection for supplying DC power which is input from the DC IN connector to the
camera adaptor.
After making connections illustrated below, turn the POWER switch on the CA-590/590P to EXT position.

Notes
• If the CCU-790/790P is not connected to the CA-
905K/905F, controls on the rear control panel are not
operable.
• DC power will not be supplied to the CA-590/590P
when the external power supply unit is not connected
to the DC IN connector of the CA-905K/905F.
Supplying the AC Power
Note
When supplying the AC power, do not connect the
CCU-590/590P to the CCU connector of the CA-
905K/905F. In order for the CA-905K/905F to supply
AC power, the CCU-790/790P must be connected.

By using the tweezers or a minus driver, set the
voltage selectors according to the power
requirements of the device to be connected to the
UTILITY OUT connector as described in the table
below.

Connect the UTILITY OUT connector and the AC
power inlet of the device by using the AC power
cord (not supplied).
